Mike Coulter's 'Saviors' is his first record since his band Lifter's 1996 album, 'Melinda'. More than a few years in the making, only after deciding to work with producer Norm Block did the record finally come about.

The fourteen songs on the record range sonically from country to psychedelia to electronic textures but the lyrics remain his signature heartfelt laments of loss and happiness and joy and dogs. Lots of dogs. He loves dogs. More than anything.
